About the Role
As theAged Care Integration Lead, you will bring subject‐matter expertise to help Crystel Care establish a credible, compliant, and collaborative presence within aged care.
As a foundation role focused on guiding our organisation into a new service landscape with clarity, compliance, and strong sector relationships. It is not a business development or sales position — it is about applying familiar knowledge of aged care systems to help shape how Crystel Care responsibly enters and contributes to this space.
This is a part time .5FTE role however there is genuine potential for this role to grow into a full‐time position as the expansion into aged care develops.
You Will
* Guide organisational understanding of aged care structures, governance, and regulatory expectations
* Build relationships with Home Care and Residential Aged Care providers
* Establish referral pathways and partnership models
* Advise leadership on pricing frameworks, funding models, and service alignment
* Support the design of allied health services that complement aged care delivery
* Ensure alignment with Aged Care Quality Standards and sector reforms including oversight of Aged Care registration audit
* Represent Crystel Care within aged care networks and stakeholder forums
Key Responsibilities
* Lead Crystel Care's entry into the aged care sector
* Provide expert advice on compliance, operational requirements, and risk considerations
* Interpret pricing structures and funding models to guide sustainable service delivery
* Develop trusted partnerships with aged care providers and community stakeholdersIdentify opportunities where allied health adds meaningful value within aged care settings
* Support internal readiness, processes, and service models aligned to aged care expectations
About You
Only applicants with significant aged care experience will be considered.
* Demonstrated experience working within theAustralian Aged Care system
* Strong knowledge of governance, Quality Standards, and regulatory frameworks
* Experience with Home Care Packages, residential care environments, and sector funding models
* Confidence navigating pricing structures and operational realities
* Established networks or the ability to build trusted provider relationships quickly
* A practical, solutions‐focused approach to implementing new service models
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience integrating allied health into aged care environments will be highly regarded.
