Strategic Land Use Manager

The Senior Partnerships Project Officer is responsible for managing and implementing strategies to optimise land use and housing outcomes in accordance with approved policy parameters. This includes reviewing project proposals and Investment and Asset Management plans to ensure they align with the Our Housing Future 2020-2030 strategy.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have qualifications in property, development, commerce or related disciplines. They must also be able to think strategically and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and implement strategies to optimise land use and housing outcomes

3. Analyse data and identify opportunities for improvement

7. Role Status: Short term contract up to 24 February 2026
\
8. Remuneration: $98,478- $104,165 (ASO6)
\
