With an ambitious plan, our client is searching for an exceptional Centre Director with experience who shares their passion and commitment to taking their mission to new heights and joining them on their journey.
About the Role
You will step into a dynamic and diverse position filled with exciting challenges. In a new Centre with a wonderful culture, your focus will be on actively engaging with the team, providing guidance and mentorship to help them excel, leading educational programs while contributing your knowledge and ideas.
This role serves as a stepping stone for future career advancement, with growth opportunities. While you will be involved in all the rooms, the majority of your time will be dedicated to non‐contact tasks.

You will offer
* Diploma in Children's Services or an Early Childhood degree
* Current Working with Children Check, child protection, and first aid certifications
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills complemented by a deep understanding of EYLF, NQS, and the Rating and Assessment process
* A strong grasp of child safety standards and effective communication, leadership, and management skills
* A passion for delivering top‐notch education and care while fostering community connections
* Excellent written, computer, and communication skills and a cheerful and dynamic approach
