The purpose of the IT Service Support role is to provide Support and Training to users of the Portal software developed in-house by Lauxes Grates through Lauxes Grates Corporate. The role acts as a focal point for all incoming inquiries and requests regarding the Portal and reports directly to the IT Division Leader.

**About you**
- 2+ years of experience in software support and/or web-based content creation
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Enthusiastic People Person with a solution mindset
- Hungry to learn new skills and take on challenges
- Be onboard with "Changing the world one Grate at a time"
- Highly organised and self-motivated

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the software
- Conceptualize and create help and training materials
