This role requires you to work with senior specialists to fulfil the obligations of the Workplace Relations Unit in order to address industrial and workplace relations issues, including, but not limited to organisational change, Union engagement, grievances, workplace investigations, industrial disputes and external advocacy.
Key Responsibilities include:
This position requires you to adhere to National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards and the Sunshine Coast Health Safe Care Framework, which has been developed in collaboration with staff, consumers and key stakeholders to enable our vision of health and wellbeing through person-centred care.
Provide a high level of customer service, timely and accurate operational human resource advice in relation to employment queries in accordance with the HR industrial framework.
Undertake research and analysis within the HR industrial framework to develop advice and recommendations relating to operational employment matters.
Prepare correspondence on a range of employment matters for internal and external stakeholders.
Remuneration value up to $117 603 p.a., comprising salary between $3586.00 - $3950.80 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (Fixed Term Temporary position available until 04/12/2026).
