Responsibilities:
Prepare, cut, trim, bone, and portion meat products to specifications.
Production of sausages, crumbed products, overwrap & customer convenience offerings.
Ensure all products are presented and packaged to the highest standard.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the work area.
Provide excellent service and advice to customers.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering.
About You:
Proven experience as a butcher or meat cutter.
Sound knowledge of meat preparation, hygiene, and safety procedures.
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work as part of a team for The Greater Goodness.
Relevant trade qualification preferred.
