We are seeking a seasoned solutions expert to drive sales engineering direction in the ANZ region. This role involves leading pre-sales efforts, mentoring sales engineers and establishing Tines as a thought leader in automation.

* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with overall business objectives and foster growth within the team.

* Mentorship and Guidance: Provide coaching and guidance to other sales engineers, helping them grow professionally and develop their skills.

* Thought Leadership: Represent Tines at industry events, conferences, and webinars, showcasing our solutions and establishing Tines as a leader in automation.

* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and engineering teams to influence product roadmap and strategy based on market insights and customer feedback.

Requirements:
* Experience: 8+ years of experience in pre-sales / sales engineering or technology delivery position at a SaaS company.
* Technical Background: Strong technical background and experience working with APIs, cloud technologies, security, and/or IT industry.
