Customer Service Role
The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional service to residents, fostering a positive and welcoming environment within our community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate the front desk reception area, ensuring an excellent resident experience through efficient communication and timely assistance.
* Support residents with inquiries related to residency, studies, and general needs, providing accurate information and guidance whenever required.
* Process check-in and check-out procedures for residents in a prompt and professional manner.
* Collaborate with leasing and property management teams to facilitate smooth operations and enhance the overall resident experience.
* Conduct room shows for prospective tenants, showcasing the amenities and services offered by our community.
* Maintain effective relationships with property services to guarantee seamless service delivery and ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.
* Work collaboratively to achieve occupancy targets and contribute to the success of our community.
* Manage carpark accounts and oversee timely payments to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
* Valid working rights in Australia and New Zealand.
* National Police Check.
* Working with Children Check.
* Real Estate Qualifications and QLD registration certificate.
