CHEF – MODERN VIETNAMESE RESTAURANT (NORTH ADELAIDE)

Lotus Story Restaurant is a new modern Vietnamese venue in North Adelaide, and we're looking for a Chef who wants to help shape a fresh, high-energy kitchen from the ground up.

What we're looking for:
Minimum 3-5 years of professional kitchen experience required.
This position is suitable for Chef de Partie level candidates.
Australian work rights will be assessed on a case by case basis.
* Enjoy developing new dishes and refining flavours.
* Care about plating and guest experience, not just getting food out.
* Can organise prep – line – pass clearly and calmly.
* Confident with quality control, hygiene standards, stock and cost awareness.
* Food Safety Supervisor certification is required.
* Strong teamwork.
* Work closely with both FOH & BOH.
* Communicate honestly, support your teammates, and help lift the whole team.
* Experience with Vietnamese or Asian cuisine is a plus, but we're open to any background if you're keen to learn and create.
