Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of five years' experience in face-to-face selling in the B2B space, with a proven track record in mid-to-large market sales (corporate and government).
* Demonstrated success in business development and account management, including working with complex solutions involving multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Knowledge of IT trends, Cloud Solutions, and the broader role of skill development in driving individual and organisational success.
* Expertise in sales methodologies, processes, and strategic account planning.
* Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and differentiate value proposition effectively.
