About the Role
As a Support Worker at Community Support Incorporated (CSI), you provide meaningful, in‐home support that helps clients maintain independence and quality of life. Every day is different, with duties such as personal care, domestic assistance, transportation to appointments or activities, and social and community support. You will support clients with complex needs and will receive comprehensive training to develop your skills and confidence.

Qualifications & Checks
* Hold minimum Cert III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care)
* Have a genuine passion and previous experience in disability or aged care
* Own a smartphone compatible with company systems and apps
* Hold a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or Working with Children Check (or be willing to apply)
* Have a Police Check issued within the last 6 months
* Hold a current First Aid Certificate
* Hold a valid driver's licence and a roadworthy, insured vehicle
