We're launching with purpose, and we're looking for someone who gets it.
- The Role
As our Front Desk & Membership Sales team member, you'll be the first smile people see and the last voice they hear. You'll guide new clients through booking the right classes on their trial, having an amazing experience when in the studio and help them find the perfect membership while and ensure every visit feels seamless and inspiring.
- Responsibilities
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
- Handle class check-ins, bookings, and appointment support
- Drive membership sales through confident, consultative conversations
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house environment
- Support studio operations, processes, daily client follow-up in-person, on the phone and via SMS as well as merchandise sales.
- Collaborate with the team to elevate the client experience
- You Bring
- MUST HAVE: Proven experience in membership sales (fitness, wellness, or hospitality preferred)
- Direct customer service skills with a natural flair for connection
- Tech-savvy mindset—comfortable with booking systems and mobile apps
- A calm, grounded presence with high attention to detail
- Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends

- Passion for movement, music, and mindful living
- Experience with Mindbody, Gleantap, or similar platforms
- Creative eye for branding, client engagement & creating engaging social media content
