Job Summary
At Woodfrog Bakery, Moorabbin we are on the lookout for an experienced sourdough baker that aspire to be part of a culture striving to produce the best baked products possible. This role will give an opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility in both the bread and pastry side of the bakery and will enable skill growth for the right candidate in both departments.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
* Knowledge and skill of Sourdough Production, Moulding and Fermentation.
* Experience on mixing both sourdough and yeasted doughs would be advantage.
* Sound knowledge of advanced bakery equipments usage
* Proven high standards of hygiene and presentation
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Punctuality and reliability
* Ability to work well in a team environment
