Customer Service Representative Position
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our airport operations at Mackay.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for passengers by assisting them during check-in, boarding, and disembarkation. Responsibilities include handling the check-in process, verifying tickets, issuing boarding passes, and checking luggage.
Key responsibilities also involve providing accurate flight information to passengers, including updates on delays, cancellations, and gate changes. Additionally, resolving passenger complaints and issues efficiently and professionally is essential.
The successful candidate will be required to offer support and answer questions regarding flight schedules, fares, routes, and policies. They will also assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors, elderly passengers, and those requiring wheelchair assistance.
