What you will do

As a clinical manager, you will lead a team that helps young people in custody and community address the causes of their offending and empower them to make positive changes.

Primarily based across the south and east metro areas, as well as Gippsland, and with travel to the custodial precincts you will:

* Lead a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitation services that addresses complex behaviours and support reintegration.
* Contribute to strategic oversight of clinical operations, ensuring quality service delivery and efficient resource use.
* Manage and develop staff through supervision, training and professional development.
* Work collaboratively with partners and other justice professionals to coordinate rehabilitation and behaviour management programs.
* Advise senior leaders on complex clinical issues, program design and service improvements.

About you

You will be registered as a psychologist, social worker, mental health nurse or occupational therapist. You will also hold a full driver's licence.

You should also have:

* Experience leading high-performing teams within complex service environments.
* Strong clinical expertise in rehabilitation and behavioural intervention, ideally in a custodial or forensic context.
* The ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships across disciplines and cultures.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenging clinical situations.
* A passion for developing others and fostering a learning culture that supports evidence-based practice.
