Located in one of Western Australia's most breathtaking locations, our island paradise is seeking a Sales and Events Manager to drive the growth and leadership of our corporate conference and private events business.
The Role
* Develop strong relationships with clients to increase revenue through strategic event packages and offerings that showcase the best of our island.
* Oversee the entire event process from initial enquiry and sales through to execution and client feedback.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations.
* Represent our brand at trade shows, networking events, and industry showcases to build connections and opportunities.
* Manage budgets and reporting to optimize outcomes and deliver profitable results.
About You
* Proven experience in event sales, hospitality, or conferencing with a track record of achieving sales targets and building strong business development skills.
* A confident communicator and networker with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Skilled in client relationship management, budgeting, and CRM systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves to bring events to life and deliver exceptional experiences.
