Senior Leadership Role
This position is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing a multidisciplinary business unit that delivers critical infrastructure and community services to the local community.

* Leads teams across Civil Operations, Capital Works, Engineering Services, Assets, Recreation and Facilities, and Emergency Management.
* Contributes to the strategic direction and operational performance of the organisation, aligning initiatives with the Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program and Operational Plan.
* Drives a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence.
