Job Title: Stakeholder Engagement Manager

This role involves engaging with stakeholders across various industries, fostering partnerships and driving mutual value.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build relationships and contribute to the design of strategy and plans.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can operate effectively in a team environment and deliver high-quality experiences and services.


About the Role

* This role is based in Melbourne, Victoria, and reports directly to the Division General Manager.
* You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the organization's impact, brand, and membership.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement strategies.
2. Foster strong relationships with industry partners, volunteers, and external stakeholders.
3. Support the Division General Manager in executing the division's business plan.
4. Collaborate with the Professional Development team on local event activities.
5. Provide administrative support to office bearers and volunteers.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to build relationships with senior people, both internally and externally.
* Comfortable delivering presentations, public speaking, and hosting meetings and events.
* Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Demonstrated initiative and accountability, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
* Experience in at least one of the following areas: member or customer service/engagement, policy, advocacy, media, STEM, industry engagement, or corporate events.
