Job Description

As an HR Business Partner at EOS, you will play a vital role in the Human Resources department based in Canberra. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional HR operational support to Australia and New Zealand based EOS employees.

Key Responsibilities include:

* Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent management, and other HR-related matters.
* Lead and support the execution of HR initiatives, including change management, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee engagement activities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to drive workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development efforts.
* Conduct comprehensive analysis of HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
* Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with relevant legislation and industry standards.
* Act as a trusted advisor to employees on various HR-related enquiries and concerns.
* Coach managers on effective people management practices, conflict resolution, and performance improvement techniques.
* Participate in recruitment processes by providing input on job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate assessment criteria.
* Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on topics such as performance reviews, diversity awareness, and leadership development.
* Work closely with the HR team to ensure seamless delivery of services across the organisation.

Desired Skills and Experience
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
* Demonstrable knowledge of HR functions, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management
* Strong understanding of employment legislation and regulations in Australia
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
* Ability to provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership and influence decision-making
* Experience in driving organisational change initiatives and managing complex employee relations issues
* Capability to analyse HR metrics and use data for informed decision-making
* HR-related qualification or equivalent experience in human resources management
* Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and adaptable approach to work
