About I Love Pizza (ILP)
I Love Pizza is a growing multi-store pizza brand with locations across NSW and QLD. As the business continues to expand, we're looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of campaigns, bring ideas to the table and turn marketing into measurable results across stores, digital channels and platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, understands commercial impact, and can balance strategy with hands-on execution when needed.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising marketing initiatives across the brand. You will work closely with the Head Office team and external partners to drive campaigns, promotions and growth-focused actions.
This is a hands-on, strategic role combining campaign planning, performance analysis and content direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning & Execution
* Plan and roll out monthly, seasonal and promotional campaigns (e.g. $19 deals, app promotions, store-level offers)
* Translate business goals into clear marketing actions and timelines
* Coordinate campaign execution across digital, social, app and in-store touchpoints
* Own campaign calendars and ensure consistency across locations
Content Creation & Creative Direction
* Create marketing content using existing photoshoots, brand assets and in-store content
* Design marketing materials using tools such as Canva
* Create and edit short-form videos, Reels and promotional content
* Repurpose photoshoot imagery and video assets across campaigns and channels
* Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
Strategy, Autonomy & Decision-Making
* Bring new ideas and initiatives to drive sales, engagement and customer retention
* Make informed decisions on marketing actions, testing and optimisation
* Approve campaigns, promotions and marketing actions in line with brand goals
* Continuously refine strategy based on results and store performance
Performance Analysis & Reporting
* Track and analyse campaign performance, promotions and channel results
* Identify what is working, what isn't, and why
* Use data and insights to improve future campaigns and marketing efficiency
* Provide clear updates and recommendations to Head Office
Channel & Partner Management
* Oversee social media performance in collaboration with external partners
* Align social content with campaigns and commercial objectives
* Support app growth and adoption through structured marketing initiatives
* Ensure marketing actions support both brand and store-level outcomes
About You
* Experience in marketing management, campaigns or growth-focused roles
* Comfortable creating content (static, video and short-form)
* Strategic thinker with a strong commercial mindset
* Confident working with autonomy and taking ownership of decisions
* Data-aware and results-driven
* Experience with retail, QSR or multi-location brands is a strong advantage
Hours & Remuneration
* Part-time: 24 hours per week (3 days)
* Potential to increase hours as the role grows

Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
