Job Description
Reporting to a Service Team Leader, you will seek and maintain a deep understanding of ADF roles to best match candidate's skills set, capability and suitability whilst delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
You will:
Apply a leading recruitment approach to filling roles, continuously staying abreast of ADF Careers recruitment priorities, ensuring candidate progress is expedited to the full extent possible.
Collaborate with the wider Recruiting Events and Delivery Team to identify opportunities to attract, source and process candidates to maximise target achievement.
Continuously analyse candidate pipeline data, ensuring pipeline is strong and meets the requirements for current and future recruiting targets.
Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication, to ensure clarity and understanding of message with all stakeholders.
Work across multiple platforms simultaneously, with accuracy and attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a responsive and professional way to manage and meet expectations.
Work collaboratively with national Recruitment Team to share successes, challenges and deliver a consistent recruitment experience

Exceptional relationship management skills, able to build long lasting relationships through a variety of communication channels given national footprint of our candidates/applicants
Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
