**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinating activities for senior leaders, including event management, travel arrangements and document preparation.
- Providing administrative support to leadership teams, including composing correspondence and maintaining databases.
- Handling internal and external stakeholder requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Reviewing and processing business expenses and accounts, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Act as the central point of contact for team members across the wider business unit.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- 2+ years experience in a similar role within a large corporate organization.
- Advanced PC literacy (MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, liaising with all levels of the Business and our customers.
