Specialist in General Practice – Temporary (01/05/2026 to 24/05/2026)
A Northern VIC hospital requires a solo practitioner on the Euroa campus for the period 01/05/2026 to 24/05/2026. The role involves ward rounds for inpatients and supervising urgent care, handling approximately 4–5 cases a day. Category 1 or 2 patients will be transferred as necessary. The doctor will have telephonic support from GVH.
* Solo practitioner on campus with phone support.
* Duty: ward rounds for inpatients and supervision of urgent care (≈4–5 cases daily). Category 1 or 2 patients will be transferred.
* Travel and accommodation provided.
Compensation: $190 per hour – Medical Registrar; $2,500 per day – General Practitioner.
Applicants must be registered with AHPRA and have the Right to Work in Australia.
