All Elite Physiotherapy and Performance is seeking a skilled and passionate Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in Raymond Terrace, NSW. This is a full-time or part-time position, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your needs. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their rehabilitation and performance goals through evidence-based treatment and personalised care.
What you'll be doing
* Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
* Provide hands‐on physiotherapy interventions, including Gym-based exercise rehabilitation, any manual therapy required, and pain management techniques
* Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care
* Maintain detailed clinical documentation and records in accordance with professional standards
* Contribute to the growth and development of our physiotherapy services
* Optional paid sports coverage on weekends with our affiliated clubs.
What we're looking for
* A degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
* Current AHPRA registration must be held at the time of application
* New graduate or Experienced Physiotherapist
* Strong clinical reasoning and problem‐solving skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice
* Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position
