About the Role
Location: National (all locations) | Division: Strategy & Transformation
Join as a Senior Manager in AI Operations, accelerating the execution of our AI strategy and ensuring seamless integration and safe operation of AI technologies across the firm.
What you'll do
* Lead AI Operations: translate strategy into actionable plans and oversee day‑to‑day delivery and integration of AI technologies.
* Drive Service Excellence: manage incidents, releases, and operational readiness for AI products and platforms.
* Champion Responsible AI: ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and BDO policies, and promote ethical AI usage.
* Collaborate & Influence: build strong stakeholder relationships, manage suppliers, and participate in technical forums.
* Lead & Mentor: foster a collaborative environment and guide cross‑functional teams in AI best practices.
* Report & Improve: provide executive updates on operational health, risks, and key metrics while driving continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
* Degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Proven experience in AI operations or similar roles within corporate environments.
* Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analysis.
* Leadership and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience in Professional Services (Accounting / Advisory / Legal) highly regarded.
* Certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, AI/ML) and experience with Azure AI, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 Copilot desirable.
