Precinct Operations and Maintenance Manager
The role of Precinct Operations and Maintenance Manager is to lead a team in the management of critical defence infrastructure. This involves overseeing the maintenance and operation of key assets, including the Space Surveillance Telescope, Very Low Frequency (VLF) Communications Transmitter and C-Band Radar Tracking Radar.
This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to set vision, build plans and foster a strong team culture that delivers innovative solutions. The successful candidate will have experience supervising a team and advanced knowledge of maintenance management.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Electronics or Engineering, as well as a Diploma in Leadership & Management. A minimum of four years prior relevant experience is also required.
