We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Baristas to display their skills in our Cornerstone café. If you have a passion for good coffee, are interested in a busy Café and you are looking to develop your knowledge with an industry leader, then this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities will include:
* Demonstrated commitment to our Culture Values: 'Can-do' Attitude, Strong Team Player, and willingness to surprise and delight our customers
* Café Duties; such as preparing and serving food and beverages for consumption on the premises
* Taking customers food and beverage orders
* Clearing tables
* Suggestive selling of menu items
* Prepare and serve a wide range of products with enthusiasm and efficiency
* Have a genuine interest and understanding of food and drink
* Promoting and monitoring a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance
* Previous barista experience in a fast paced environment
* Exceptional communication skills.
* Knowledge of WHS principles.
* RSA and RCG Competencies (or willing to obtain)
* Commitment to a high standard of service and customer focus
* Must be prepared to work shift work, weekends and public holidays
