At BIG4 Easts Beach Holiday Park in Kiama, we have been creating memorable holiday experiences for over 90 years. As a family owned and operated business, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service in a beautiful coastal location. We are currently looking for a Full Time Cleaner / Grounds Person to join our dedicated team and help maintain our high standard of cleanliness and maintenance across our busy 500-site park.

Key Responsibilities
* Cleaning & Detailing - Cleaning and maintaining guest amenities, park facilities, BBQs and detailing of accommodation.
* Grounds Maintenance - Upkeep of outdoor areas including lawn mowing, whipper snipping and gardening.
* High Standards - Perform tasks efficiently, thoroughly and to high company standards.
* Customer Focused - Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with guests, ensuring excellent service and a positive experience.
* Health & Safety - Adhere to Work Health and Safety procedures and follow safe work practices.
* Assist Park Contractors when required.
What We Are Looking For
* Current Driver's Licence - Own reliable transportation is required as public transport options are limited in the area.
* Licence Type - Must hold a current car licence only.
* Communication - Good verbal and written communication skills.
* PPE Ready - Willingness to wear safety glasses, gloves and mask when required.
* Physical Capabilities - Physically fit, able to work outdoors and lift at least 20 kg.
* Personal Attributes - Positive attitude with a strong work ethic, reliable, trustworthy and punctual; a supportive team player who conducts oneself professionally.
* Work Authorisation - Australian citizen or permanent resident.
Work Schedule
* Must be able to work weekends, school holidays and public holidays.
* Ability to work 8 days straight on a rotating roster.
* Start as early as 6:00 am or finish as late as 10:00 pm.
* Night cleaning may be required during peak periods (e.g., 4:00 pm–1:00 am).
