Ampcontrol have an opportunity for a Service Administrator based in our Mackay Electrical Services Operation.
This busy and diverse role requires a person with a high level of attention to detail and in return we are offering the flexibility to suit part time hours and to join our fun and fast paced environment.

What You'll Do
You will be required to maintain a vibrant, proactive approach in your daily administrative tasks, which will include:
Processing TimesheetsAnswering the phone, taking and forwarding messagesReception duties including greeting people at the front counterBooking and reconciliation of travel, accommodation & induction requirementsRaising requisitions and receipting invoices through our operating ERP system
About You
Previous payroll experienceExperience within manufacturing or mining industry advantageousBe flexible and adaptable to changeAbility to work autonomouslyQuality and attention to detailEnergetic and positive attitude to problem solvingProactive and solution-based approachAbility to work well under pressure and be resourcefulCompetent in Microsoft Office applications
