Your Next Opportunity
We're on the lookout for a full-time Gardens Manager to join our team at our Goulburn Gardens site.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll play a key role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Community, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents—and having fun while doing it
Located in the heart of Goulburn, Goulburn Gardens offers a welcoming community surrounded by scenic countryside and convenient local amenities

In this Role, You'll
* Oversee daily community operations to ensure high standards of service, presentation, and compliance.
* Manage staff and residents while fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.
* Handle administration and legislation including tenancy paperwork and regulatory compliance.
* Promote the community through marketing, events, and initiatives to drive occupancy.
* Maintain health, safety, and wellbeing for residents and ensure contractors meet standards.
