OTR – Assistant Store Manager

About The Role
Responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store. This would include customer service, team training and development, rostering, stock management, reporting, and adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
About You & Your Skills
Leadership experience in a retail/hospitality capacity
A passion to drive your own career, and others around you, forward
Well-developed and professional communication skills
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others
Ability to adapt to change
