You hold relevant qualifications and experience in Aged Care and adult education. You possess current sector knowledge and extensive experience and are committed to maintaining industry currency. You have demonstrated experience in establishing relationships with and providing exceptional customer service to diverse individuals. You pride yourself on your exceptional communication skills and your ability to support students and facilitate learning. You are a motivated and engaged individual who is passionate about assisting and supporting others to achieve their highest potential. Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
To be considered for this role you need to meet the following essential requirements:
- Vocational qualifications in Aged Care (Certificate IV or above)
- Minimum three years post-qualification experience, gained no longer than five years ago
- Certificate IV TAE40116 or equivalent and a commitment to maintaining competency
- Commitment to maintaining and developing technical currency + VET knowledge and skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse range of individuals
Desirable:
- Skills in the use of relevant information and communication technologies (including MS Office suite)
