Job Overview
The primary objective of this role is to assume responsibility for the accurate recording and maintenance of purchase-related data. This entails overseeing purchasing functions, managing inventory, and providing ad-hoc support to the accounts payable team.
Main Responsibilities
* Receive, review, and update purchase orders as necessary
* Prepare and dispatch purchase orders in a timely manner
* Maintain accurate stock counts on a monthly basis
* File all invoice and supplier documents securely
Requirements
* At least two years of experience in a similar position
* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft office suite, particularly Excel
* A high level of attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy
