Lead Risk Strategy and Culture

The role of leading risk strategy and culture involves developing and implementing frameworks and programs to embed risk thinking throughout the business, aligning with regulatory expectations and organisational values.
This strategic leader will collaborate with senior leaders to ensure risk considerations are integrated into everyday decision-making, strategic planning, and operations. They will also establish and monitor metrics to assess risk culture maturity and identify areas for growth.
We seek an experienced and influential leader who can foster collaboration across teams to embed consistent messaging and shared responsibility for risk management. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, leveraging feedback and trends to evolve our approach to risk capability.
About You
You have a strong background in risk, compliance, or internal audit, with a proven track record of developing and embedding risk culture frameworks and 3LOD capability programs. Your tertiary and postgraduate qualifications in risk, compliance, or leadership will serve you well in this role.
