Job Summary:
The Customer Service Manager is a key role within our organisation, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to members and overseeing the management of the reception area.
* Provide professional service to all members, ensuring every interaction is positive and supportive.
* Manage overdue accounts, cancellations, and enquiries, meeting targets and contributing to business growth.
* Supervise the Reception team, providing training and ongoing support for new employees.
* Roster the Reception team to ensure adequate staff are available at critical times to provide excellent customer service.
* Work with other departments to achieve sales targets and drive customer satisfaction.
* Perform administrative tasks, including maintaining records and data, while maintaining a clean and organised environment.
Key Qualifications:
* 3+ years' previous customer service supervisory experience with excellent communication skills.
* Financial acumen and a natural drive to achieve individual and team targets.
* Experience in a KPI-driven environment.
* Ability to build rapport with people from varied backgrounds.
* Outstanding communication abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
