The key responsibility of this position is to provide full administrative support including:
First point of customer contact for general enquiries - via phone and website
Answering and directing incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner
Assisting with the compilation and generation of regular reports
Providing support to all clients
Ensure tasks are processed in an accurate and timely manner
Responsible for keeping inventory of internal and external office supplies replenished
Provide additional administrative support for other areas of the business as requested by line manager
Valid Australian working rights and residing in Australia
Communication and Customer Service skills (written and verbal)
Adhere to business procedures
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business and clientele
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Exceptional attention to detail
Data entry accuracy
Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a pressured environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: $160.00 - $250.00 per day
