What You'll Be Doing
As our Pharmacist in Charge, you'll be at the heart of our new store, guiding a close knit team and delivering exceptional care to our customers and patients. Your role will include:
* Providing key services such as vaccinations, medication checks, and webster packing
* Collaborating with local GPs and allied health professionals to deliver integrated patient care
* Driving community engagement and promoting the pharmacy locally
* Mentoring new team members and fostering a supportive onboarding experience
* Creating a positive, high-performing team culture
* Receiving ongoing support and leadership development opportunities through Ramsay

What You'll Bring
We're looking for a forward thinking pharmacist who thrives in a collaborative, growth focused setting:
* Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) + current AHPRA registration
* Proven leadership skills and a passion for team development
* Strong understanding of medication safety and pharmacy legislation
* Tech-savvy with experience in dispensing software
* Community pharmacy experience
Requirements
* Mustprovide aNational Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
* According to the role, Ramsay Pharmacy may require proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
