Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Property Services Officer. This position is responsible for delivering a range of office accommodation services, building maintenance, security and fleet services for the department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Property and Related Services:
* Deliver cost-effective and value-for-money services and solutions covering activities such as office accommodation leasing; fit-outs and refurbishments; minor works; maintenance; security; relocations; employee housing and fleet management.
* Ensure assigned projects and programs of work are managed in accordance with the Workplace Health and Safety Act (2011) and other relevant government policies and frameworks to ensure the management of risks and safeguards of the interests of all employees.
* Provide advice to the Principal Property Officer and Branch Management on assigned infrastructure project delivery status, project priorities, expenditure forecasts, risks, and emerging issues.
* Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective administrative systems and procedures providing advice and assistance to stakeholders (customers, clients, and suppliers) on their implementation.
