Job Description
Havas Host is looking for an outstanding Digital Analytics Specialist to join our Sydney-based agency.

Role Overview
As part of a broader Strategy team you'll work closely with account service, strategists, UX and digital teams on existing clients and new business pitches.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive data services (collection, processing, reporting, analysis) to monitor and optimise digital performance, supporting business objectives.
- Research and analyse consumer and audience data to identify trends, behaviours and opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs and provide actionable insights and plans.
- Create and deliver well‐structured, sign‐posted, robust presentations that simplify complex information.
- Proactively identify data trends and business opportunities without waiting for direction.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in digital analytics, focusing on web analytics and optimisation (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Contentsquare) and tag management (Google Tag Manager).
- Proven expertise in consumer and audience analytics (YouGov, GWI), with knowledge in customer segmentation, cohort analysis and targeting setup.
- High proficiency in data analysis (SQL, Python, R) and BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau), with a track record of delivering actionable insights and proven results.
- Experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards (Agency Analytics).
- Solid analytical and problem‐solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong business acumen, capable of deciphering business needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs or priorities and openness to researching and creating new approaches.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Preferably, marketing experience in retail, tourism and automotive industries.
