Business Analyst - Automation & Integration
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst for an initial 3-month (66-day) contract to support a critical system integration program.
The successful candidate will play a key role in a strategic initiative to transform how risk is managed within the organization. This project focuses on the automation and integration of various risk systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with a Report Lead to identify financial and operational risk systems, including those in international offices, that are good candidates for integration.
* Lead the integration activities for these risk systems, including the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) system.
* Analyze business processes and requirements to facilitate smooth automation and integration.
* Document business needs, functional requirements, and workflows.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on automation and system integration projects.
* Experience working with risk systems (financial and/or operational).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
