Our shared values are Passionate, Respectful, Ethical, Curious and Courageous. **About the role**The Event Assistant plays a crucial role in assisting the delivery of high net worth, quality fundraising events that align with the organisation’s strategic direction and support the achievement of CPA’s fundraising targets.The role is based on the Northern Beaches with flexible WFH opportunities.**Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):*** Assisting the Head of Events and the Events team* Coordinating the online fundraising platform* Creating online surveys, invitations & rsvp systems in line with the CPA Brand guidelines* Coordinating event collateral including risk documents, operational plans, invitations* Working with event suppliers and event volunteers* Managing the equipment store which services all our events* Taking minutes for committee meetings* Managing supporter and participant database through customer relationship management systems**About you:**We are looking for a switched-on university or TAFE graduate who has studied events as part of their degree/course OR an Events Assistant with 6 months experience.
