The Role As the Assistant Commercial Property Manager, you will support the management of a large institutional portfolio. Working closely with a Senior Property Manager and senior leadership, you will gain hands-on exposure to complex commercial asset management while building your long-term career in the industry. This role is ideal for someone who already has property management experience and is looking to step further into the commercial sector. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with lease administration, compliance and rent reviews Coordinating maintenance and contractor management Liaising with tenants and responding to day-to-day enquiries Assisting with financial reporting, invoicing and arrears management Supporting the Senior Property Manager with portfolio operations Assisting with budgeting and asset reporting About you: We are seeking someone with strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset and a genuine interest in building a long-term career in commercial property.
