We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key role in our project delivery team. As a key member, you will be responsible for maintaining proactive and positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, and strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive outcomes.
You will work closely with the Project Manager and Site Manager to determine and communicate an effective request for information (RFI) management process with subcontractors.
In this role, you will also be responsible for ensuring project document control meets all contract requirements, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
Additionally, you will assist in preparing all required reports for monthly project report meetings and proactively advise on any new risks, opportunities, or changes.
