THE POSITION:
* Lead and support a team of Unit and Chef Managers across multiple sites.
* Ensure high-quality delivery of catering, cleaning, and laundry services.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships to deliver outstanding service.
* Drive compliance with food safety, infection control, and WHS standards.
* Deliver on financial targets and identify opportunities for growth.
* Champion a culture of leadership, performance, and continuous improvement.
* Act as a key conduit between operational teams, clients, and internal stakeholders.
* Regular travel will be required to connect with sites, teams, and clients directly.
THE PERSON:
* Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles.
* A strong background in hospitality operations – particularly catering, cleaning or laundry services.
* Demonstrated success managing multi-site teams and complex client relationships.
* Strong financial skills including managing P&L, budgets, and forecasting.
* A collaborative leadership style focused on coaching, development, and accountability.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
* A proactive approach to safety, quality, and compliance.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality, or similar (highly regarded).
