Job Title: F&B Supervisor
A dynamic leadership role for a customer-focused team player.
This exciting position covers both Darwin locations at Event Cinemas Palmerston and BCC Cinemas Casuarina. As an F&B Supervisor, you will provide supervision and assist with training for levels 1 and 2 within a designated area.
Main Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Supervise and support Level 1 and 2 staff, providing clear direction and coaching to ensure high-quality customer service.
* Task Management: Efficiently assign tasks to team members to ensure timely completion and optimize productivity.
* Campaigns and Promotions: Contribute to cinema campaigns and promotional activities to drive engagement and revenue growth.
* Opening and Closing Procedures: Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring security and systematic transition of responsibilities.
* Safety and Security: Follow fire, emergency, and safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure working environment.
* Cash Handling and Accuracy: Support cash procedures, accuracy, and financial protocols to minimize errors and maximize profitability.
* Equipment Maintenance: Monitor projection and audio equipment, manage content delivery, and support maintenance to ensure seamless operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Customer Feedback: Analyze and improve customer feedback and NPS results to enhance the overall guest experience.
* Cash Handling Competence: Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling practices to maintain customer trust and business reputation.
* Food and Beverage Quality: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and timeliness to meet customer expectations.
* Stock Variance: Monitor and control stock variances within guidelines to minimize waste and optimize inventory management.
* Company Targets: Achieve company targets through effective team coaching, leadership, and communication.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 6 months experience at Level 2, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
* Skills and Qualifications: Basic Math and English proficiency, competence across FOH departments, cash handling skills, leadership qualities, customer-focused mindset, team-oriented approach, effective communication, decisiveness, high work standards, professional appearance, and commitment to safety policies.
