Technical Solutions Specialist
We're seeking a skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to translate client business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs for very large complex technology solutions and architectures.
This individual will act as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direction for design activities, often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.
* Gather customer/partner insights from a broad range of stakeholders to shape and form both the definition and ongoing execution of projects.
* Define and document the architecture to communicate the value proposition of the business solution along with the project approach.
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to jointly drive project/technical governance of the design, build, and deployment into use.
* Work with the business sponsor and customer/partner stakeholders to gather and ratify requirements and constraints.
