Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
1. Own and execute the strategy for revenue growth within the Australian region.
2. Develop and implementprehensive plans that align with thepany's overall objectives, ensuring sustainable growth and market expansion
Performance Management / Results Delivery
3. Responsible for the performance of New Business and Customer Success teams, ensuring consistency in achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
4. Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to address any areas of underperformance.
Revenue Excellence
5. Drive consistent performance across all sales activities, ensuring the team adheres to best practices and achieves high standards of excellence.
6. Establish robust sales processes and frameworks that enable the team to deliver outstanding results.
Market Presence
7. Elevate our brand in the region and establish ourpany as a thought leader in the industry.
8. Leverage personal and professional networks to build relationships that enhance our market position and open new business opportunities.
9. Collaborate with underwriting, product, partnerships, finance and marketing teams, to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.
Talent Development and Coaching
10. Provide direct coaching and mentoring to individual contributors within the sales and account management teams.
11. Foster a culture of continuous development and high performance.
Financial Management
12. Monitor and manage the P&L for the region, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximisation of return on investment.
Requirements and skills
13. 7+ years of relevant sales leadership experience including leading BDR, AE and Account Management functions (a primary focus on new business is preferred)
14. Experience leading teams that consist of multiple levels of management.
15. Proven track record of growing revenue and achieving ambitious revenue targets, and building an efficient sales engine
16. Possess extensive knowledge of sales practices and principles with a proven track record of coaching and developing sales executives into top performers
17. Proven experience developing and executing new business and account management sales strategy
18. Inspirational leader, with an ability to set a vision, secure buy in from your team and influence their motivation towards achieving the goals that are set
19. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with an ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, make rmendations and drive actions
20. Deep understanding of the merce and revenue based financing industry, including thepetitive landscape
21. Experience managing a P&L
