The Role
As the Manager Corporate Services, your central responsibility is to provide comprehensive oversight of the school's critical components, namely financial, physical, and human resources. In this role, you would play a key role in ensuring the efficient functioning of the school's operations. This may involve supervising school support staff, guiding them in the meticulous administration of tasks related to financial management, asset maintenance, and human resource coordination. Your adept management would ensure that the school's financial operations adhere to established standards and contribute to the overall success of the institution.
A core aspect of your role is to administer and report on the financial integrity of the school's business operations. This includes offering valuable input into financial planning and budgeting, where your insights play a role in ensuring the fiscal health of the school. Your strategic involvement in the development of Business and Marketing Plans, in collaboration with the Principal and the Executive Management Team, underscores your commitment to the school's long-term objectives.
Additionally, you'll actively monitor the school's financial performance against these plans, emphasizing a proactive and results-driven approach to financial management. Beyond the financial realm, your responsibilities extend to participating in committees and working groups, ensuring that your strategies align with both school-based and regional business targets, contributing to the broader success of the school.
