As a store person, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory, and supporting overall warehouse efficiency.
Key Activities In The Role
Receiving, unpacking and storage of incoming goods.
Picking, packing and despatch of goods.
Completion of associated paperwork.
Assisting with stocktakes and stock management.
Use of forklifts/machinery to move goods.
Assist in local deliveries to customers.
This hands-on role will require physical manual handling of industrial products for the purposes of preparing customer orders.
Ideal Candidates Possess
Current forklift ticket desirable.
Previous experience working in a warehouse or a related environment.
Valid driver's license required.
Enthusiastic attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
The ability to multitask and prioritize your workloads
Experience in industrial products such as industrial hose and fittings is highly desirable but not essential
