Scientific Production Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented specialist to join our organization in Adelaide, Australia. As a scientific production specialist, you will play a critical role in the preparation and production of sterile compounded pharmaceutical products.
About the Position:
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about science and quality. You will be responsible for completing production activities according to schedule and in line with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will also contribute to achieving maximum performance, participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to a culture of open communication across the site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Prepare and compound oncology treatments according to established SOPs
* Contribute to the site's achievement of maximum performance
* Participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives to increase product quality, safety, customer service, and employee engagement
Detailed Requirements:
* Previous experience in compounding or a cleanroom environment
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
* Experience working in teams
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, with some weekend work and overtime required. The successful candidate will be involved in the commissioning and start-up of our new facility in Woodville, Adelaide.
